Tooo Fast!

So I wanted to title this one "Tooo Fast" because I feel that is how my life is moving lately! I get up, go to work, come home to make dinner, clean up, and get Gabriel ready for bed. Before I know it its 11:00, my bed time. I spend all day with Gabriel, but at the end of the night I feel like I didn't spend enough time with him. He just keeps getting bigger and I'm left asking, "where did time go?" I don't want to ever look back and say I didn't spend enough time with that lil' man. He means so much to me and I want him to always know that!

Gabriel has started eating cereal. I kind of went backwards and had him eating a variety of things before switching to cereal for dinner at night. He really likes it though! Here is a video of him eating:




He has also been working a lot with me! I thought, at first, that brides may not like him at our appointments/bridal shoots, but I was totally wrong! I find out that most of them actually really love kids and want a couple of their own very soon! I say that because I have a few pics of him at and after jobs:
These top two were after a bridal shoot at Duke Gardens. We stopped to eat at a wonderful restaurant called, "The Big Easy!"
This one was taken at Barclay Villa! Dad wrapped Gabriel up because it was a little chilly that day!

Its definitely been fun having this little guy around. I am so in love!!! Until next time....love, me!

5 Months!

I was logging in my Pampers Rewards points and wanted to update my blog while I was on the computer! Josh is holding Gabriel while he plays his video games =). Gabriel actually likes watching them.. I know, I know, babies can get too much stimulation from TV's, etc...I don't think its hurting him though!

I have more pics for this month BUT my parents have my camera at a play in Raleigh, NC. So I will have to load them later!

Today was an exciting day for Gabriel. He had potato soup!!!! If I can shrink the video I'll add that to this post too. He didn't make a funny face, just smiled and wanted more! He pulled my hand with the spoon at first and then he grabbed the spoon and put it right in his mouth.

I am not sure how much the little guy weighs, but I can say he is having a growth spurt. He wants to eat constantly and has even started waking up more in the night. He is in 6 month clothing and I have purchased him 9 month clothes for the later spring/summer. He now flips on his tummy almost every time I lay him down. It scared me at first that he was sleeping on his tummy, but I had to remind myself that he can flip back over if he wants to.

Gabriel now has two teeth! He is calming down a lot now that they have popped through the gums. I was having a HARD time dealing with his fussiness. Hopefully it will be better for the next round of teeth?!

Josh and I are doing well.. today someone asked how many kids we were going to have and he said, "I'm not putting a number on it!" I'm not sure how many he really wants but I think 10 is DEFINITELY out of the question, haha! I am thinking 4 would be good. We'll probably try again at the end of this year and then wait about 2-3 years before having 2 more. We will be celebrating our 5 year anniversary on March 25th! We haven't kept up with my sister who has been married 3 years and has two kids!
